Using Wordkin
Wordkin is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with the app, its content, or other people’s use of it. You are responsible for the devices and accounts you use to access the app.
Content and learning tools
The app includes curated vocabulary content, examples, games, and learning tools. They are educational aids, not professional advice. Dictionary and reference links may lead to third-party services that operate under their own terms.
Free access and Lifetime Access
New readers receive seven full calendar days of Full Access without entering payment information. Afterward, one daily word remains free. Lifetime Access unlocks the full practice studio with a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase—there is no recurring subscription. Pricing is displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront, taxes, or currency. Purchases, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Wordkin available and useful, but features may change, be improved, or be discontinued. Some features depend on compatible Apple hardware, iOS versions, optional Apple services, or an internet connection. We may update these terms when the app changes; continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Intellectual property
Wordkin, its design, curated content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute substantial portions of the app or its content except where law permits.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every definition, example, or third-party reference will be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Wordkin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
